Antique Shell Cameo Gold Brooch A fine piece of Victorian jewellery formed of an oval shell cameo depicting an elegant lady. Cameo brooches were the height of fashion in the Victorian era and were worn by every stylish lady of all ages. The cameo is set in a handmade gold mount. To the reverse it has a pin and hook closure and a safety chain for added security. Weight: 9.2gm. Measurements: 4.5cm x 3.5cm (1 3/4″ x 1 3/8″). Stamped 9ct and tested as 9ct gold.
