The Mini Prep Pro has a 900ml capacity, so you can quickly and easily chop onions and garlic, as well as making breadcrumbs and grinding nuts. You can also mix your own dips and sauces like pesto, hummus and mayonnaise or make nut butters, which taste delicious when made from scratch. It’s also great for blending small quantities like smoothies, compotes and baby food. It’s really easy to use, with just 1 blade that rotates in both directions for either chopping / puréeing or grinding. The bowl and blade are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
