Description George Rodrigue Blue Dog Silkscreen titled; We Will Rise Again. This print was created by George Rodrigue after Katrina to raise money for the rebuilding effort through the Red Cross. He sold them for only one year after the hurricane in a signed and open edition. This print has so much emotion tied to it. It has become one of the local New Orleans favorites for obvious reasons.
